STEP ONE


Preliminaries 

Before beginning any sort of building project, you need to ensure the following:

  1. Site secured – unfortunately, we cannot commence a project without a site that is owned by the client.

  2. Budget agreed – you’re clear on your total budget for the project and are on the same page as your project partners

STEP two


Initial Conversation 

A member of our team will give you a call to find out a bit more about your project. They’ll ask a range of questions for example:

  • A brief description & location of your project? 

  • When would you like to commence the project?

  • What’s the approximate budget you have in mind?

  • Have you engaged as yet with an architect or interior designer?

  • Do you have engineering detail or council approved plans (if required)

STEP THREE


On-Site Visit  

  • You’ll meet with a member of our team to discuss the following:Desired floorplan and layout

  • Desired level of finishes

  • Product selection

  • Desired timings

  • Site conditions (neighbours and adjoining properties, easements local Council controls, street access, sewer and stormwater issues – if applicable)

It’s also a great chance for you to raise any questions you may have regarding the project and to get a feel for Vanstone Constructions as your designer and builder.

STEP FOUR


Quotation 

Our team will work to provide you with a quotation including expected overall costs and inclusions/ exclusions for works according to discussions from the initial phone call & site visit. We welcome you to ask as many questions during this stage and throughout. Upon acceptance of the quote, we will provide a Master Builders Contract that will confirm construction detail including  

STEP FIVE


CONSTRUCTION

Now for the most exciting part! Your project begins within the proposed timeline and in accordance with contract and specification documents. The journey from start to finish will be as seamless as possible, knowing that our well experienced team are with you all the way until completion.
